The Miami Photo Salon is
being recently founded and it is designed to be a successor of the prestigious
European photo festivals Les Rencontres d’Arles, PHotoEspana, and Visa
pour l’Image. The Miami Photo Salon salutes the many US photo festivals
such as FOTOFEST and the New York Photo Festival that
generate an international atmosphere in the cities where they take place, along
with professional fellowship and camaraderie, presentations, awards ceremonies,
and live events over the busiest photography days in each venue.
